Companial is fully aligned with the CSP Indirect Program requirements
In February 2022, Microsoft Corporation and Information Security Systems International assessed Companial (formerly QBS Group and 1ClickFactory) to Microsoft’s CSP Indirect Program requirements.
This assessment acknowledged Companial as:
- The largest and fastest-growing international network of Microsoft Dynamics Partners.
- Supporting its partners – Resellers and ISVs – with services aimed at growing revenue, lowering costs, and improving profitability.
- Mainly focused on Dynamics and Power Apps but supporting all CSP products with Readiness, Business Acceleration, Technical Enablement, and Licensing offerings.
Companial came in well above the necessary score with 95% on the assessment for fulfilling the key CSP Indirect Program requirements: Capability to Operationalize, Ecosystem and Business Scale Capacity, Geo and Business Need Coverage, Support Infrastructure, Enablement Services, Financial & Risk Mitigation. The assessment also identified the following key strengths Companial displays to successfully build, educate, and assist its channel to grow:
- It is a professional and dynamic organization with a strong Microsoft CSP business. It has a Master VAR agreement for the distribution of Microsoft Dynamics in Western Europe, was an early adopter of NCE, and enabled its resellers to make the transition. Companial is the only official SMB ERP Distributor and Indirect Provider in Europe serving the full Dynamics 365 (on-premises and cloud) and supporting migrations.
- A full understanding of the CSP business. It helps resellers to maximize margins and incentives on SKUs, it provides tools to its resellers to enable them to optimize the process around billing/subscriptions.
- Robust and extensive Microsoft Business Applications solutions catalog.
- Elegant lead program in place.
- Strong reseller training methodology, and regular updates to make sure Companial Partners are the best-informed Partners.
The assessment advised strengthening Companial’s offering on the sustainability training to resellers, utilizing Microsoft Sustainability Manager.
