For more than seven years Louis has been the captain of our parent company Novature. In this role he was highly involved in the QBS Group and guided the process of deepening the relationship with 1ClickFactory, resulting in the birth of our joined organization Companial in 2022. His motto “the moment you stop learning, you stop leading” reflects the way he guides and challenges his Companial team to do a little better every day.

After studying Economics Wouter started his working career at a Dutch ERP software firm. The match between his financial profession and the IT market turned out to be long-lasting, and today our organization is leveraging his financial management skills for over 7 years.
VP Sales & Partner Engagement,
Erik joined Companial in 2022 to manage our Sales and Partner Engagement teams under his motto ‘Winning together’. Although relatively new to our organization Erik has over 18 years of profound experience selling Microsoft Technology, both with Microsoft and with Microsoft partners.
Chief Marketing and Portfolio Officer,
For many people in our community Michael will not require an introduction, as he has been leading the QBS Group since 2017. Working more than 20 years at Microsoft in various leadership positions across Europe and worldwide, we can simply state that Microsoft is part of his DNA. Within Companial Michael leads a team that manages the portfolio of offerings we bring to partners as well as our marketing communication and the 3rd party Independent Software Vendors that cooperate with Companial.

Before Companial Linas has spent more than 14 years at EY where he was leading the Technology consulting practice and within it building Microsoft business applications practice. As a management consultant, he has worked with companies operating in many different industries and helped them to realize the potential of technology to drive business value. Linas’ current mission is to help D365 and Power Platform partners to do business and grow!

After working for Navision and Microsoft for several years, Eduard joined the QBS Group in 2016. His in-depth knowledge of the market and technology combined with an entrepreneurial mindset has paid off as he led and grew our DACH region to its full potential. In his new role we can be assured that the Companial operation will benefit from German precision and solidity.

With his energy and enthusiasm, Will is the perfect ambassador and scout to drive business development for Companial. Since this true Welshman loves the game of rugby you should be wary if he suggests organizing a scrum session.
