These updates are typically communicated through Viva Engage, email, newsletters, or LinkedIn posts, and are followed by a supplementary email, webinar, or eBook to provide additional information.
Our partner care team constantly monitors Microsoft updates and announcements and notifies our partners about important information on Yammer.
Educational information:
Educational information includes updates on new products, tips and tricks, certification training, and similar content. This information is typically delivered through pre-recorded videos, webinars, demo calls, eBooks, one-pagers, blog articles, and podcasts. You can access our curated library of resources via Plataan.tv, Partner Portal and Companial resources.
