Seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, it allows you to send various documents like invoices, order confirmations, and purchase orders directly from within the system.

This powerful tool allows you to customize emails and attach PDFs with personalized content using merge fields from Business Central. You can also secure sensitive documents by adding passwords and digital signatures to prevent unauthorized access or editing.
For added professionalism, predefined backgrounds such as watermarks and letterheads can be applied to your reports.
Document Output enables the automated distribution of various document types, including order confirmations, purchase orders, invoices, reminders, or any other custom report.
In addition to automating email distribution, Document Output supports sending e-invoices in widely used formats such as XRechnung, Peppol, and ZUGFeRD. As a Certified Peppol Access Point, Continia allows customers to easily connect their business to the global Peppol network, making the solution future-proof and ensuring compliance with international e-invoicing standards. Document Output can also direct print jobs to local printers.
