Register and follow-up your Complaints and Non-Conformities in Business Central

This Powerblox lets you manage your Complaints and Non-Conformities in Business Central. Per complaint or non-conformity you can define the type (product quality, billing, shipping, …), the status (open, solved, closed, …) etc. You can add comments, link documents and assign a responsible person in your organisation.  You can define a priority level (level of gravity) and assign tasks to your employees. The Powerblox Complaints Management can also be linked to Powerblox Quality Tests.

Define complaint types
You can create your own complaint types (product quality, billing, delivery, service, …).

Define Claim Steps
For each complaint type, you can define different status steps in line with your internal workflow.

Easy registration of complaints
The claim card contains all information about the claim: type, reason, priority, and a title with description. You can link the claim to a contact (customer, vendor) and to a document (order, invoice, …). You can also keep track of the status and assign a responsible employee. Finally, you can link documents and block them.

Log interactions
Log all interactions with the complaint contact. Choose the type of communication (email, letter, …) and link this to a default template if needed.
