DynamicsMinds 2026 is behind us, and what a ride it was. We had a great time connecting with Microsoft Dynamics partners, sharing ideas, and exploring what’s next in the Dynamics universe. At our booth, we focused on one thing: helping partners move past the AI hype and turn it into something that actually shows up in the work, real habits, real outcomes, real revenue.
If you stopped by and want to revisit what we shared, or if you missed us and want to catch up, here’s what we brought to DynamicsMinds this year:
- Enterprise Membership — our community of Microsoft Dynamics partners, built around shared services, knowledge, and growth. If you’re wondering whether it’s the right orbit for your business, now’s a good time to explore. Find out more
- FastTrack Gateway — our route for partners and ISVs to bring Dynamics solutions to market faster. No solo missions. Explore FastTrack Gateway
- AI-First Transformation Partner Assessment — cut through the noise with a clear view of where you stand on AI readiness today. The first step toward turning the hype into habits. Take the assessment.
See you at the next one.

About the session:
Small and midsize businesses often face challenges when introducing new products. The process can be slow, heavily dependent on specialized expertise, and filled with manual steps across planning, production setup, and communication.
In this session, we’ll demonstrate how an AI-driven agent for Business Central can streamline the entire product development journey, from concept to production. Using a virtual bakery as an example, you’ll see how this approach makes the process faster, more secure, and more sustainable for any industry.
Join us to design an industry-agnostic autonomous agent that guides every step of product development in Business Central.

About the session:
Why do smart, motivated people—who genuinely want to change—sometimes stay stuck? It’s not about mindset, pushing harder, or reinventing yourself. Often, the real reason lies beneath the surface: unseen commitments and hidden assumptions that compete with your stated goals.
In this interactive 45-minute session, we’ll explore:
- Competing Commitments: How unconscious priorities can block progress even when the intention to change is strong.
- Looking for the Sense in the Nonsense: A practical approach to uncover the logic behind resistance, revealing why “nonsense” behaviors often make perfect sense when viewed through hidden commitments.
You’ll learn a simple, non-intrusive model that doesn’t require a personality overhaul or mindset shift. Instead, it helps you and your team members expose the real reason change isn’t happening—and unlock new possibilities.
Key Takeaways:
- Understand why traditional “push harder” strategies fail.
- Learn how to identify and work with competing commitments.
- Gain tools to transform stuck patterns into actionable insights.
This session is designed for leaders who want to foster meaningful change without forcing compliance or relying on motivational slogans. Come ready to challenge assumptions and discover a new way forward.

About the session:
From generating code to automating the entire developer workflow.
2025 was the year we all moved from
“Eh, Copilot is just a fancy autocomplete…”
to
“…okay fine, it actually writes solid code.”
But that’s not where this ends.
Now we have planning modes, sub-agents, and an MCP for basically every annoying thing in a dev’s life. The magic is no longer in writing code, but in understanding the whole task around it: the requirements, planning the steps, generating the code, testing it, fixing it, and documenting it.
Last year was the last time using AI was optional.
This year, it’s simply part of the job.
