Companial is officially launching Cloud Hub – a solution designed hand-in-hand with Dynamics 365 partners to increase their productivity while managing their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Online customers.

This new addition to the Companial Membership (accessible through the Partner Portal) is not just a product – it’s the result of deep collaboration between Companial and its partner community, developed from the ground up with direct input from the people who will use it every day.
Partner-Centric Innovation from Day One
From concept to MVP, Cloud Hub has been a collaborative journey. Trusted partners were invited early into the product ideation process, provided critical feedback during the early adopter phase, and continue to shape the roadmap going forward. Their voices have been instrumental in defining the priorities and building features that solve real productivity challenges.

Vision: A United Platform for Scalable Cloud Management
The long-term vision of Cloud Hub is clear: to become the central platform for managing, maintaining, developing, and expanding Microsoft Dynamics cloud environments at scale.
While the current focus is BC Online, the platform is designed for expansion, including BC on Hosting, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.

The initial rollout of Cloud Hub delivers strong foundational capabilities that already bring significant value:
- Unified BC Online Environment Management
A single platform to monitor and manage all customer environments of Dynamics Partner, enabling faster, more informed actions. - App Management at Scale
View, manage, and update all installed apps on BC across environments from one simplified interface. - CSP License Overview
Integrated information about BC CSP licenses, visibility for more seamless service delivery.
These features were specifically selected based on partner feedback and the need for more efficiency, visibility, and simplicity when managing cloud-based Dynamics environments.

The Cloud Hub roadmap is open and evolving, with a clear commitment: every future enhancement will be influenced by partner feedback.
Available Now – Free for Membership Partners
Cloud Hub is now available to Companial Membership Program partners – at no additional cost. To view customer environments, partners must provision CSP licenses through Companial and ensure GDAP rights and Entra app approvals are in place.

Rimvydas Saulis joined Companial (formerly known 1ClickFactory) in 2020, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in international business development, Partner channel management, and product management to the team. Over the past ten years, Saulis has led the Microsoft Partner sales, marketing, and business development teams in the Baltics, Central Asia, and South East Asia, while expanding the Cloud business footprint and achieving high Partner channel satisfaction. In his previous role as Product Manager, Saulis was at the roots of the extensive business expansion of Navision and Microsoft Dynamics. He was also one of the first Microsoft executives to focus on Cloud business development in the Baltics.
