How Companial Collects, Processes, and Shares Information

We have built a team with 2000+ years of combined Microsoft Dynamics experience that actively engages with Microsoft through different channels. Being a Microsoft Inner Circle Partner 11 times in a row gives us access to closed executive circles to address the critical challenges our partners face and identify new opportunities for our exceptional community of Companial partners.

We continuously monitor, digest, and filter Microsoft updates to focus solely on those relevant to Dynamics. We simplify and translate this information into practical, easy-to-understand language, ensuring that partners clearly grasp the impact – without the usual Microsoft jargon.

Educational information:

Educational information includes updates on new products, tips and tricks, certification training, and similar content. This information is typically delivered through pre-recorded videos, webinars, demo calls, eBooks, one-pagers, blog articles, and podcasts. You can access our curated library of resources via Plataan.tv, Partner Portal and Companial resources.

Staying up-to-date with Microsoft Dynamics products, providing clear guidance on current and upcoming features, and helping you navigate Microsoft’s marketing narrative to understand the real-life, applicable benefits is our goal.

Personalized guidance:

Advanced and Premium members have recurring one-on-one meetings with Partner Success Managers as well as on-demand meetings with Partner Technology Strategists or other relevant business or technical Companial experts.

Your Partner Success Manager will highlight what’s most relevant for your business, guide you through the ongoing changes in Microsoft Dynamics, and ensure that your specific questions are addressed.

Community events:

We also have community events, called Companial Connect, where we and our partners come together, on a global or regional capacity, to exchange ideas, experiences, latest news, and updates. These events are excellent opportunities for partners to network and develop new ideas.
