2025
About AGOLUTION GmbH
AGOLUTION GmbH, a Microsoft partner, implements and supports the globally renowned ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. With a team of 32 employees, AGOLUTION provides tailored consultancy services to businesses of all sizes, from small companies to large enterprises and serves as a reliable, long-term partner.
The Challenge Prior Partnering with Companial
AGOLUTION was faced with the challenge of a broad range of varying knowledge levels across its Team and time constraints of day-to-day operations that made traditional training difficult. A flexible, customizable learning solution was needed to enable targeted upskilling to individual needs and support effective preparation for Microsoft certification exams.
Why Companial Learning Journeys?
Thanks to their structured, hands-on approach, Companial Learning Journeys proved valuable for both beginners and experienced professionals. The combination of video and written content ensured dynamic and accessible learning. Particularly appreciated was the personal and expert support provided by Martina from Companial, who was always available to answer questions – even after the program had started.
Results & Benefits
Employees benefited greatly from practical content and real-life examples that significantly facilitated knowledge transfer. The Learning Journeys particularly enhanced onboarding and exam preparation. A standout example: one AGOLUTION trainee completed the entire Learning Journey – from fundamentals to certification – enabling a continuous and structured development process.
Conclusion
The collaboration with Companial was exceptionally flexible, professional and marked by mutual respect. The Learning Journeys not only offered well-structured, practice-oriented content but also delivered tangible value through personalized support. We highly recommend this service to any organization seeking adaptive and effective professional training solutions.
