Companial celebrates 2nd anniversary

Since its official launch on 2 February 2022, Companial, formed between two key players in the Dynamics Partner Ecosystem, 1ClickFactory and QBS Group, has witnessed rapid developments in both the partner landscape and technology.

One of the biggest developments is the rise of artificial intelligence (AI). Microsoft is placing a big bet on AI and Copilot and is integrating this technology into its entire product range, including business applications. We are convinced that Microsoft offers the most innovative platform for AI with the ChatGPT alliance and now Copilot. AI has enormous potential for productivity and business outcomes, and business applications such as Business Central or Customer Engagement are increasingly taking center stage.

When we talk about Microsoft 365 Copilot, we are also talking about how it will have a lasting impact on the way we work. This requires a willingness to change, not only on the customer side, but also among Dynamics Partners, giving us even more of a reason to adapt to the circumstances – but one thing will always remain the same: our mission to support our Partners. Enabling our Partners to exceed expectations is at the center of our day-to-day work.

This is not just a slogan, but something our employees in the Companial organization put into practice every day. Over 200 Dynamics experts are on hand to provide our Partners with support and expertise. The further development of our services for the benefit of our Partners is just as important to us as the duty to provide information, which we see as communicating Microsoft content to our Partner base in a timely and comprehensible manner. Our ambition is for Companial’s Partners to be the best-informed Partners.

At the same time, we also want to develop as an organization. We want to be at the forefront of innovation and leverage new opportunities to grow for the benefit of the Dynamics community.

Our overarching goal, uniting us all for a common purpose, is to ensure the satisfaction of our Partners. We can be proud of our consistent focus on this objective since the establishment of Companial, through remaining close to our Partners, providing support at every stage of their Dynamics journey, introducing various enhancements to portals, communication quality, and other means to make our partnership even more valuable, smooth, and enjoyable. As a result, our Partners have rewarded us with a significant increase in Partner sentiment towards Companial, with the NPS growing in double-digit numbers as indicated in the PSAT 2023 survey.

Since we began measuring Partner satisfaction after each Partner support ticket resolution in 2023, we have seen high and stable ratings for our Operations touchpoint throughout the past year, with an impressive average satisfaction score of 4.6 out of 5.

In order to continue to support our Partners in the best viable way, we have also embarked on a number of initiatives in Companial’s second year.

This list could go on, but the intention is not to spotlight our achievements, but rather to indicate our constant endeavor to ensure our Partners are the best-informed Partners. To that end, we bring back valuable insights from our Executive Meetings with Microsoft as members of the Inner Circle  to best support our Partners on their path to success.

There is only one thing left to say: Thank you to our Partners who have remained loyal to us over the past 2 years and many before that. We assure you that we will consistently work to exceed your expectations in the years to come.
