GoToMarket

A business growth hub empowering Companial’s members to drive customer acquisition by enhancing sales and marketing effectiveness.

The GoToMarket business growth hub is a Companial-led initiative delivered in partnership with Microsoft. The key goal of the initiative is to provide Companial members a business growth support and education service designed to accelerate members’ new customer acquisition efforts, enhance growth in the Microsoft Business Applications (BA) product space, and fully utilize Microsoft Go-to-market (GTM) support available for partners.

The educational materials used in the GoToMarket hub activities are developed in partnership with the Go-to-market Alliance.

Why choose Companial as your GTM support partner

If you’re a Companial partner, you already know that we work with companies dealing in modern ERP solutions, such as Microsoft BA. The companies we work with differ in sizes, revenues, and operate in different locations around the world. However, unsurprisingly, in today’s global economy they have a lot in common. One of those common things is a constant battle to win new business in complex markets that continue being disrupted by macroeconomic factors and the emerging AI-led technologies.

Customer acquisition has never been easy, but today marketing and sales teams are under an amounting pressure to drive growth. To help with this challenge, here at GoToMarket hub we have created a number of initiatives and programs, designed to help you:

The GTM Partner support model: Inspire, Connect, Accelerate

The key GoToMarket programs (GTM Inspire, GTM Connect and GTM Accelerate) are designed to help you learn how to effectively build up and scale your marketing and sales, leverage your partnership with Microsoft in your lead generation campaigns, and utilize Microsoft’s GTM support available for partners – from co-branding and content for your lead generation campaigns to pre-sales and post-sales funded engagements.

GTM Strategy

GTM-SMSA starts with building a robust GTM strategy, including crafting an effective value proposition for your product or service and building strategic target lists for your marketing and sales.

Aligning Marketing and Sales Functions

Once you have got a GTM strategy in place, it should inform any marketing or sales initiative in order to get you closer to the business growth goals you have established. To achieve these goals, it‘s key to take the next step – align your marketing and sales functions. This will enable an effective customer journey from suspect/prospect to MQL to SQL to Opportunity and Closed Deal.

Our GTM-SMAS framework can help with this step too. The subjects we cover in the GTM-SMSA framework include leveraging your Microsoft partnership for marketing and sales, co-branding with Microsoft, and making use of the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology. All of these activities are not specific to marketing or sales. Instead, they are built to span the whole customer journey which is supported by the joint effort from marketing and sales.

If you are a Companial Membership partner and would like to find out how you can utilize our GTM-SMSA framework, sign up for the online Companial GTM Update. During this update call, we will not only discuss the GTM-SMSA framework in detail, but also inform you about all GoToMarket hub activities you can get involved in, as well as all Microsoft GTM support available for Microsoft partners.

If you are a Companial Member and would like to share your feedback or ideas on topics and content within all GoToMarket hub programs, please reach out to your Partner Success Mangers or the program lead Olga Generalova.
