This release is driven by feedback from our Partner community and brings a range of improvements and new features:
- Partner-requested features are now available in the Cash Register, Advanced Costing, and Complaint Management modules.
- Lifecycle Management has received a quality rework and is released together with a new user manual.
- General improvements include enhancements to Complaint Management, Advanced Pricing & Discounts, and bug fixes across Empowered.
- Documentation updates: The Lifecycle Management user manual (v1.0) is now publicly available.
Updated versions of the Cash Register (v1.1) and Promotions & Actions (v1.2) module user manuals are also available, reflecting the latest changes.
You may find the changes in detail within the attached Release notes and the latest documentation available by searching ‘Empowered’ on Companial Partner Portal.
