Connector 365 Mail Subject Plus

When sending emails via Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the system will automatically generate a subject line for its users, however this automatically generated subject only includes the company name, the type of document and the number. This is often not enough, and the user ends up manually adding something to the generated subject or changing it entirely because the company has certain requirements for its subject lines.

With Connector 365 Mail Subject Plus app it is possible to define own default subject lines either on a per report basis or customer/vendor basis. When doing so the user can freely define the new preset subject. It is also possible to define own placeholders for the given report, allowing its users to create dynamic text for their subject line. They just enter the desired placeholder and link it to a field from the report.

The setup for the subject line is quick to access via either document layouts for customers/vendors or the report selection and is easy to understand.
