With these challenges in mind, Companial and its partner community developed Empowered to help partners resolve their capacity challenges, seize opportunities, and ensure the right scope of the offered products. The Empowered suite includes solutions and tools. Empowered is exclusively available to Companial Members.

Empowered Business Central​

Empowered Business Central was developed together with Companial Partner community in response to the capacity challenges in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. Working closely together  to set up Partners for success, resolving major challenges, and ensuring the right scope of the developed solutions. With that Empowered Business Central for Professional Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesale and Distribution were developed.

The scope is the industry standard functionalities that is expensive to maintain and rather standard for the industry, when the customer would expect it to be in the Business Central. Empowered Business Central allows Companial Partners to  deliver more standard functionalities to their end customer, resolving major objections and scale Partner’s business without the need for additional resources.

Empowered tools

Empowered tools, which consists of Empowered Billing and Empowered Insights to start, help partners improve their operational efficiency. Empowered Billing helps partners manage their recurring billing cycle, making it easier to bill their end customers. Empowered Insights interprets cloud telemetry data to provide partners with insights into their end customers’ behavior.
