Judith Melissant to Succeed Wouter van Grootheest as CFO of Companial

Companial is pleased to announce that, effective 1 October 2025, Judith Melissant will be appointed as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Judith will take over the helm from Wouter van Grootheest, who will now concentrate fully on the strategic development of the Novature platform in his role as Group CFO.

Judith brings a unique blend of financial expertise and international experience to the role. Driven by impact and insight, she combines a deep understanding of finance with a passion for cross-border collaboration. Her career spans 15 years at a leading audit firm, followed by senior finance leadership roles in the oil & gas industry, including several years in the United States. With hands-on experience in system implementations, Judith views finance as a key enabler of growth – providing insights and acting as a true business partner. She is committed to driving sustainable growth through strategic, data-driven transformation.

Wouter has played a pivotal role in Companial’s journey over the past nine years. After studying Economics, he began his career at a Dutch ERP software firm, where he discovered a lasting synergy between finance and the IT sector. Under his leadership, Companial has seen remarkable growth in revenue, expansion of the global partner network as well as the successful merger of QBS with OneClickFactory into Companial.
