Enable communities to unlock growth potential

Our purpose, ‘Enable communities to unlock growth potential’, defines our aspirational trajectory at every level of our organization. It answers the question why we exist as an organization. Every word is chosen carefully and in line with our mission, vision and company values. 

In this context, enable signifies that we do not merely assist passively — we proactively support, activate, mobilize, simplify complexity and create positive movement. To enable is to engage with intention, to set things in motion, and to be the spark for meaningful change and innovation. 

The concept of communities we refer to is intentionally broad and inclusive. It embraces: 

  • All Companials: our own employee community, where we strive to unlock each person’s potential. 
  • The Partner community: our international partner base, which we aim to Grow, Optimize, and Transform. Empowering disciplines such as Executives, Commercial and Operational professionals, Developers and Consultants. We enable Partners to unlock and realize both their collective business and personal growth potential. 
  • Communities in society: groups within society with whom we are logically connected through our industry, our company’s unique capabilities, and our commitment to the selected United Nations Sustainability Development Goals (#4 and #8).*  

Likewise, unlock means much more than simply opening doors. We strive to set free, to create a genuine movement — one that removes obstacles and allows true transformation to take place.

We empower. Our mission is to help Dynamics Partners grow their business, optimize their operations, and transform toward a sustainable future. We enable and position Partners to succeed, resulting in sustainable customer experiences. 

We say ‘every’ Dynamics Partner in our mission statement. We do not restrict ourselves to the Dynamics Partners that are already in our community, we want to be there for every Dynamics Partner in the world.  

We share our expertise around Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot and agentic AI. 

Partners are at the center of all our efforts, and if a Partner is successful, we will be successful too. We see the world through the lens of our Partners. The lens of a Dynamics 365 or Power Platform Partner. No matter what technology or business trend is important for Partners, we will provide guidance and insight. Whenever there are challenges or opportunities, we will bring transparency, recommendations and offer concrete solutions to Partners.

We do everything to build and expand the largest and most preferred community of Dynamics Partners in the world. This community is all about building and strengthening the relationships between Partners, ISV Partners, and Microsoft. To put it simply, strengthening relationships between all active professionals in the Dynamics world. 

When it comes to Dynamics, Power Platform, Copilot and integrated Agentic AI we are the center of expertise. Our experience and capabilities can be utilized through our Partner Success Managers, support from our Partner Care team, digital portals, and through our rich set of business and technically oriented services. 

We want to be there for every Dynamics professional. For those in our membership community and for those outside. Wherever you are in the ecosystem, whatever kind of professional you are, we facilitate a community in which you can gain and share knowledge. 

Our ambitions are not bounded by any geographical limitation; we aspire to serve every Dynamics professional in the world. Yet, we strongly believe in local relationships and presence. That is why we expand our community step by step.
