Docuten eCMR

Docuten eCMR is a certified transport document digitization solution that complements existing ERP and TMS systems via API, without modifying current operations. It covers the full document lifecycle, from cargo loading at origin to delivery confirmation at destination, for national and international road freight. The solution generates transport documents in native digital PDF format with embedded QR code and HTTPS-accessible URL, fully compliant with the Spanish Ley de Movilidad Sostenible and the June 2026 DGTT Resolution establishing the definitive technical requirements for the DeCA (Documento de Control Administrativo). From 5 October 2026, the DeCA must be issued digitally for all public road freight services in Spain. Docuten eCMR also supports the Carta de Porte and eCMR under the international CMR Protocol (41 signatory countries), and covers intra-EU deliveries requiring a signed CMR/eCMR and Buyer’s Written Declaration (DEC) for VAT exemption purposes. Key capabilities include: API integration with SAP, Odoo, Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and major TMS platforms; biometric and advanced electronic signature without app installation; offline signing with automatic sync; driver and vehicle change mid-journey with full traceability; geolocation; multilingual support (10+ languages, 90+ countries); and document retention for a minimum of 10 years. Docuten also participates in the SIMPLE eFTI platform (Spain’s national eFTI Gate), positioning clients for the upcoming transition to structured eFTI data exchange.
