Tijdens deze sessie zal Chris Parkes je meenemen in de belangrijkste ontwikkelingen en praat hij je bij over de verschillende technische updates en updates vanuit het Microsoft programma waaronder licentie updates en promo aanbiedingen.
Tevens gaat hij in op Viva Sales. Viva Sales is een verkoperservaringstoepassing waarmee verkopers Office 365 en Microsoft Teams kunnen gebruiken om automatisch gegevens vast te leggen in elk CRM-systeem, waardoor handmatige gegevensinvoer niet meer nodig is.
Tot slot zal Chris je nog het een en ander vertellen over de intergratie met Dynamics 365 Sales via de connector voor Dynamics 365 Business Central.
